Dictate Over the Phone- This is the quickest and easiest way to have your information transcribed. Simply dial into our Toll free dictation line and dictate your report. Your document will be transcribed and emailed back to you within 24 hours, unless Dialogue Silver or Dialogue Gold service is requested. Our system engineers have designed a process that enables us to enhance the audio quality of your tapes to ensure greater transcription quality. Record and upload with talknsend™ - talknsend™ allows you to record or copy previously recorded audio files directly onto your computer then upload the audio files to WeType4u. To find out more information Click here. Send us your digital audio files- If you have digital audio files that need to be transcribed, WeType4u can handle those as well. Utilize Customized Templates- WeType4u allows you to create customized templates for direct dictation in your own format. To find out more information Click here. Retrieve your files online - Your completed jobs are sent back to you as an email attachment. Alternatively you can access the website with your account number and pin. You can then view the text and listen to your audio.
