If your phone for some reason gets disconnected while you are speaking what you have already recorded will come back to you as a completed job. Therefore, you should redial and begin speaking where you left off. Once both documents are delivered to you as Microsoft Word® document or chosen format, you can simply merge the documents together. |

We charge by the page and there are no minimum charges or set up fees: For single documents usage, your credit card will be billed when your completed documents are sent to your email inbox. For company accounts, you will be invoiced monthly. Silver Service - $2.50 per page. Gold Service - $3.75 per page. Platinum Service - $6.25 per page. Dialogue Silver - $3.75 per page. Dialogue Gold - $4.95 per page. Dialogue Platinum - $7.45 per page.

Yes, all documents are saved in a virtual mailbox, which can be accessed
upon logging in with your account number and pin. The virtual mailbox
gives you the ability to search for jobs within specified date ranges of
your choice. Once a job is selected you can view the job on your web
browser and save it onto your computer |

Documents will ordinarily be sent in Microsoft Word® so that you have final edit capability (other formats can be handled upon request). Documents are prepared using the Courier New font with 12 point type. We leave a 2 inch margin on the top, a 1 inch margin on both sides and a 1-1/2 inch margin on the bottom. Documents are single spaced with double spacing between paragraphs, after salutations, etc. (Unless other presentation is requested). |
